A brand-new adaptation of the ever popular THE THREE MUSKETEERS continues its mammoth UK tour providing an action-packed, swashbuckling theatre experience for the whole family this Christmas and New Year.
THE THREE MUSKETEERS, based on the classic novel by Alexandre Dumas, is brought to the stage by the acclaimed BAROQUE THEATRE COMPANY, one of the UK’s leading independent touring theatre companies.
THE THREE MUSKETEERS is a fast-paced production brimming with energy, skillful storytelling, sumptuous costumes, inventive stagecraft and lots of witty comedy.
Adapted by upcoming playwright Ivan Wilkinson, THE THREE MUSKETEERS tells the story of the handsome young man d’Artagnan who leaves home to join the King’s elite Musketeers in Paris. There he meets Musketeers Porthos, Athos and Aramis and discovers life is not always simple and love never is.
The four go on to defend the honour of the regiment against the guards of Cardinal Richelieu and his spy Milady, one of literature’s most memorable female villains, before its gripping and dramatic conclusion!

Wells (Porthos/Richelieu) credits include the lead role in Richard III (Windsor Globe); Duncan Woodruff (Aramis/King Louis) credits include Ratty in Image Musical Theatre’s national tour of Wind in the Willows; Cromer-based Helen Fullerton (Planchet) who has just finished filming ‘Wuthering Heights a new gothic feature film adaptation and Kent-born Claire Bibby (Queen Anne/Treville) Founder and Producer of Baroque Theatre Company.
